Bright Scholars’ Kindergarten School, Koradi, Nagpur is an educational institutions dedicatedly committed towards nurturing and fostering the future of children. We strive for excellence in each and every endeavour so as to achieve transcendence. I, Principal of the school take this opportunity to present you a report of our activities and achievements for the past one year i.e. 2021-22.

| Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff: |

The teaching staff of school are well qualified, Trained, dedicated and empathetic teachers with a desire to share their subject knowledge and love with the students. The teachers are always eager to upgrade, improvise and adapt challenges to bring out the best in their students.
| Academic Activities: |

Academic activities and competitons encourage and foster a healthy atmosphere and competitive spirit in students. Various activities are conducted at school level and inter house level which includes essay, speech, slogan writing etc. competitions. DEAR activity was made memorable when the students were asked to read their favourite book along with their parents. Students from IX and X class were participated in “Pariksha Pe Charcha” and issued the certificates.
| Training, Seminars/Webinars and Counselling: |

Every academic year in-house training are conducted for teachers. COE seminars/webinars were attended by teachers improve and implement innovative ideas in teaching learning practices as well as to take the students beyond their current level of learning. This year too teachers participated in all the mandatory workshops by CBSE as well as from Diksha App in an online mode. Online Counselling for the students was also done.

Every activity in school life plays a significant role in a child's development. Co-curricular activities are an essential part of school life as they help to enhance the learning process of the students Through these activities we strive to bring in social skills, intellectual skills, moral values, personality progress, team work and character appeal in our students. Some of these events are Drawing competition, Poster making, Best out of waste, etc.

National Festivals: Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Savitribai Phule jayanti were celebrated by students and teachers in school by following all norms of covid-19.
Maharashtra Day, Yoga Day, Hindi Diwas, Mathematical Day, Science Day and various competition were organised in school where again the students participated enthusiastically.

Ms. Archi Wanjari from class X won 2nd prize in interschool speech competition, conducted in Sevanand School, Mahadulla, Koradi.
Mast. Diptanshu Jamar from class 9th awarded a passing certificate of Dr. Homi Bhabha Bal Vaidnyanik Competition 2021-2022.
| Online Study during COVID-19: |

This session saw a switch from regular classes in the school to online classes at home. As a result, education has changed dramatically whereby teaching is being done through different digital platforms. Teachers and students were regularly in contact through google meet and Whatsapp. Regular online classes are being conducted. Apart from this videos made by the teachers themselves are being sent to students who are unable to attend the classes. Homework is being sent in the form of PDF’s. Both students and teachers have adjusted themselves to the new ways of learning & teaching.

Due to Covid-19 situation there was a bad impact of education on students. Teachers as well as students faced difficulties to manage the online classes because of distance education. Thus various steps taken by school to provide an effective education in these challenging time like google meet classes, online sending of work via PDF files, coordination with students and parents through Whats App groups. It was decided to strictly follow all the norms and guidelines regarding covid-19 pandemic issued by the Govt. for school and staff. School management has adopted a compassionate and lenient view towards the fee and discounts were clubbed for the parent’s ease keeping in mind the effect of pandemic on the parents. To increase the student’s participation in the online classes and effective to ways to conduct the assessments for the current situation. Many fold increase has been done in the online co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the students which include CBSE and other activities.

Even though children and teachers faced critical situation because of pandemic but still the school Board result of class X is 100% wherein 3 students in merit scoring 94%, 93% and 90%. The school congratulates all the meritorious as well as all students of class X.

Students started to participate in various sports when physically the school was reopen under fulfilling all the norms of covid-19.

Our aim is to be one of the leading schools in the community it serves, known and widely acknowledged as a secular institution which develops character and ethical leadership in its students in their pursuit of excellence.
We hope Bright Scholars’ Kindergarten School, Koradi will be recognized as a model for excellence in academics, arts, culture and sports. Each student will demonstrate a spirit of respect, responsibility and a commitment to academic and civic excellence.
